In these meetings, the Company will reiterate its previously disclosed guidance for the fourth quarter of 2020 financial results to match, if not exceed, third quarter of 2020 revenue of $105.1 million and adjusted EBITDA of $17.1 million, excluding the RentPayment business results. The strong momentum experienced in the third quarter of 2020 continued through the fourth quarter of 2020.
