Priority Technology Holdings (NASDAQ: “PRTH”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of PPS Tech Partners, an Arizona-based former branded office of Priority Payment Systems.
The acquisition of PPS Tech Partners has both a positive financial impact and key strategic value for Priority, as the founder and managing partner, Eric Meyers, joins the senior management team. Meyers will focus on the burgeoning integrated payments channel, working closely with Priority’s Integrated Partners business unit as well as pursuing business-to-business payments (B2B) and payment adjacent services for large enterprise.
