Priority Announces Rebranding of Leading Property Management Solution LandlordStation to Prisma

Improving workflows for enterprise property management and independent landlords with an enhanced resident portal for leasing and payments

ALPHARETTA, Ga., Sept. 18, 2023– Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. (Priority),  a leading platform for unified commerce that delivers integrated payments and banking services at scale, announced today that LandlordStation has been rebranded as Prisma, a single-source solution for property management.

“Priority is building a legacy of creating technology-based solutions that meet current and anticipate future customer needs. Prisma is the latest innovation to do just that by providing an ultimate solution for property management teams of all sizes, offering digital tools to optimize their workflows while enabling landlord/tenant relationship success,” said Jennifer Russell, Product Manager of Prisma.

Prisma improves tenant management, integrates with ERP/accounting systems, enables online rent collection, and includes other key features.

“The rental and property management industry is vast. Although larger-scale market dominators with regional to national reach account for most of the market share, around 41% of US landlords are individuals. So we are addressing the need for tools to manage the payments, property management, and the document-centric tenant screening process for one to thousands of units,” said Thomas Priore, Chairman and CEO of Priority.

With integrations for commonly used systems and software and accessibility from anywhere, property managers can provide their best service to residents while reducing operational challenges and costs. Prisma’s secure web-based platform includes two options:

  • Prisma Landlord: For independent landlords to medium-sized property management companies, with tools for rent collection, tenant screening, document management, and more.
  • Prisma Enterprise: For enterprise property management companies, it provides the same functionality at scale, including ERP/accounting system integration, a resident portal to interact with residents, and integrated leasing to attract and retain prospective residents. It creates a positive and modern experience for residents and applicants and increases property net operating income (NOI).

It is our belief that accepting rent online increases on-time tenant payments and adds welcomed convenience. With Prisma, users will also benefit from accurate back-end reporting that helps leaders decide priorities and critical investments. Prisma Enterprise is powered by Passport, Priority’s unified commerce engine that enables the collection, storing, and sending of money with supported Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions that are typically unavailable from traditional banks.

At the 2023 Priority Power Conference this month in Dallas, attendees may participate in Prisma training sessions and meet the team. If you are not attending the show and want to learn more, request a demo here.
